Our firm recently had the pleasure of representing the sub-landlord and an undisclosed office user in their sublease negotiations for a second floor office suite at the Cascades building in Centennial. By bringing these 2 groups together, we were able to relieve the sublandlord of their unused office space and rent obligations while allowing the new subtenant to secure a high end office space at an excellent rate.
