We are looking for a talented and hard working individual to join our successful commercial real estate brokerage team. Our team focuses exclusively on commercial real estate transactions, including tenant representation, multifamily and investment sales, and land transactions. 80% of our leads come from the 350 residential agents in our office. Due to our increasing deal flow, we are looking to add another broker to the team. Successful candidate must be a self starter, highly motivated, energetic, and a good with people. Prior commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not a necessity. However, some prior sales experience is required. Duties will include business development, prospecting (including cold calls), marketing, financial analysis, and transaction management.
